Friday Exploring the Bible Study 10:00 am

This study meets year round in the Gathering Place to reflect on various texts and themes from the Bible. Most weeks will have a stand-alone topic so you may drop in at any time. Will it be Sports in the Bible, Names for God or a biography of Paul? Come and see!

St. Paul's Reading Group

Our Reading Group will discuss “The Help” by Kathryn Stockett on Tuesday, February 18, 6:30 p.m. Aibileen is a black maid in 1962 Jackson, Mississippi. She and her friend Minnie, another maid, help Skeeter, a white socialite who just graduated college, write a tell-all book about working as a black maid in the South. We’ll meet in the Gathering Place and enjoy a “special snack” while sharing our thoughts about the book.
